Victoria and the team love working on unique embroidered projects and are here every step of the way for you. Communication is paramount and how the Company believe relationships are built for future projects, as once the processes are understood the specifying process becomes second nature.
As designers if you are working on a custom project it is crucial that you supply us with as much information as possible, this can stem from your original CAD design work or a simple sketched design idea.
The Company holds in excess of 300 different thread colours – over 5 different thread type finishes and also carries a list of superb ranges of ‘tried and tested’ base fabrics.
THE BESPOKE PROCESS
- An initial appointment is set up to define exactly what is required.
- Coloured artwork is created defining where the stitches will lie and
technique applied. - Thread choices are also discussed at this stage.
- A sample strike-off is then created.
- Once signed off a specification sheet for embroidery placement will be sent for final client approval before commencement of production.
- Dependant on complexity of the design production can vary but our standard lead times are 12-16 weeks.
Each item is manufactured by carefully sourced and extremely skilled embroidery teams where the focus is on craftsmanship and quality.
